Essential Sealer’s Gold Colour Boost 1L

Gold Colour Boost by Essential Sealer is a multi-purpose indoor stone sealer that is incredibly efficient. It has been designed to provide fantastic sealing and oil/ stain resistance to all types of indoor stone surfaces while discreetly amplifying the stone’s natural colours. Stone such as, s late, limestone, granite, quartz, sandstone, travertine, and other surfaces are some of the most suitable for the colour boost product. The coverage ratio is affected by the porosity of the surface. Applied undiluted, there is up to 25m2 of coverage per litre for every coat.

This product is available in 1L, 2.5L and 5L.

HOW TO APPLY:

1. Remove any loose debris from the work surface before beginning your work, and make sure you have adequate personal protection, such as gloves, proper protective eyewear, a face mask, and appropriate clothing.

2. Prior to use, it is always recommended that you perform a brief patch test application in an unobtrusive place. This will determine whether or not Essential Sealer’s Gold Colour Boost is an appropriate solution for your surface.

3. Before applying product, please ensure that the surface is entirely clean and dry. Apply an even coat of product with a low-pressure sprayer, roller, natural fibre brush, or sponge.

4. After 20 to 30 minutes, any excess sealer must be entirely removed from the surface.

5. Lastly, wait 45 to 60 minutes before applying a second coat. Before all else, the stone surface must be kept completely dry all throughout curing process, which can take up to approximately 72 hours. Any moisture or water remaining on the surface during this time may cause the sealer to dry unevenly, resulting in white patches that are difficult to remove.

PLEASE NOTE: Surfaces which are not intended to be sealed must be protected with masking tape. When using coloured grouts, it is strongly advised that a stain test be performed before proceeding.
